Korea Pt.2

Aloha world! Finally I've back for part two. Surprisingly this is way earlier than i expected it would be HAHAHAHA. I never thought i would be efficient this time :P

Tho the post doesn't meant to be written in a daily basis, but no idea why it tends to happened this way. YEAH! All these photos are from day 2.

Day 2 were kinda normal, like really normal. We did nothing much because we woke up late ( we woke up late every single day ) and only managed to get out of the guesthouse by 12pm. Its funny because the first day we reached way too early and go out way too early, I remembered complaining why does the time passed so slowly. AND BOOM!! THE REST OF MY STAY FEELS LIKE AN HOUR. IT PASSED TOO FAST T_T

Before heading out, i remember the owner's wife asked us to have dinner together at 7pm which we agreed. So we took a quick look around Idae. A place famous for women's stuff from head to toe, you hardly see guys stuff (sad for me). Its also famous for its Ehwa Women University!

TADAA!! Did not managed to grab a better look because we decided not to walk into the school. But its huge ass big!!

Can't leave without a half face #selfie
\
I did not buy anything much from there except for these 2 cute socks that is meant for my friends. The Mermaid and Jasmine and also some masks from Shara Shara, One of the reason of me buying is because L (INFINITE member) is the ambassador. Yes you know i love INFINITE.

   Mermaid & Jasmine (i forgot Mermaid's name)
Shara Shara's Mask~ I prefer the blue one tho. Good try
And of course, L's paper bag. I know the picture's abit gross because of that lollipop sucking post
Funny is that i actually personally asked for this HAHAHAH (stupid i know)

After a great walk, we walk around and eat some street foods.

SAD FACT: I have the photos in my WeChat group but i deleted my it before i could save all the food photos and now its all gone!!!! IDK why everytime i travel also got such thing happen one lorh......

I only left with some of my selfies LOLOL. I wanted to post my friend's one too but they'll prolly kill me so i've decided not to.

Not gonna lie but i think I LOOK GOOD HERE HAHAHAH! I mean only this photo.

A view from where we are sitting for rest.

And a vain "photoshoot" by truly yours

After the rest, we decided to visit a coffee shop (its a norm to visit coffee for Koreans) and we actually went to one coffee shop atleast once a day.

I forgot what this cafe's name is already but its pretty cute. Had strawberry cake and latte. Taste was normal though. But the latte was good.

Views of Idae.

Right after that we rushed back to the guesthouse and lucky enough to have given a ride by our lady boss to the dining place. Its so crazy because its the first time i'm sitting in a local resident's car during travelling. Like its sooooooo coooool!!!!!!!

Went to this traditional grilled meat shop for our dinner. Of course its a treat by both the lady and guy boss. So nice of them really. We're also glad they speaks Mandarin too because our Korean language are limited. It makes the situation less awkward and more conversational.

I'm retrieving those meat's awesomeness with photos

A group photo with le two guesthouse owner (the lady is 2nd child mama-to-be :D)

Its so sweet that they invited us to be back to Korean next time for a bbq session on the rooftop of guesthouse. Also by that time, the baby is prolly born! Hope to visit them in another year of half year time.

After the dinner, we went to this SHEEP CAFE for our coffee. Like i said, we go to cafes atleast once and this is our second caffeine.

I would love to sit outdoor but its way too cold for outdoor so we've picked inside instead.

And guess what?! They really have sheep!
Caramel Latte i think, forgot what I've ordered.

Great environment but their coffee are quite expensive. I mean coffees in Korea are quite costly, atleast a 4000won which is like 12 bucks in RM. ATLEAST!

Lastly, a goodnight from me!
OK THIS IS WEIRD

P/S: I will try to get back those photos of foods and group photo from my friend if possible. If can, by then i'll add those photos inside. I know its pretty plain for a travel post with these amount of photos.

Koreans Fun Fact: They walk very fast and will never say sorry when they banged you. I think its because its something very normal there because everyone is so used to walking. I remembered freaking out when i accidentally hit on a man's shoulder hardly, i was so nervous and wanted to apologize but he walked like nothing happen. In Malaysia, you will get a big ass stare.

I guess i'll meet you guys on the next post. Xoxo! See ya then.

Korea Pt.1

It took me real motivation to be sitting in front of the computer and blog again. Yes as usual with my 3 minutes heat I've abandoned my little bloggie for like, 4 months? (sad but true) And so since i have some time with me i have decided to blog about my trip in Korea. Unlike last time, i would not post day by day but just how much as i wish, which will be better or else i'm gonna stop half like the Japan trip LOLOL.

In fact, my trip was like a month ago. So... yeah! From 9th February to 20th February! Honestly, it may looks like 11 days is a lot but actually its not at all! I would want to go back anytime in the future. *finger crossed*

The weather when i was there were pretty cold. Most of the time is around 5 to -4. I've not experienced such cold weather before other than Genting SnowWorld LOLOL wtf. So i did not prepare myself enough for the cold weather and only wear a singlet, checkers and varsity jacket which kills the hell out of me once i stepped out of the airport. I could not feel my ears at all! I need to quickly wear my windbreaker as well beanie to keep myself warm.

This us after we saved our life from the cold! We weren't dressed like that before we came in. We literally open our luggage and get all the thick ones out.

Our first 4 days were in Hong Dae which i really like that place. Full with shopping streets and night life and of course youngsters! Mainly i think its because a famous Art Major University is there, the Hongik University of Arts.

The Main Gate of Hongik University.

What's ironic is that this in fact the smallest University in Seoul, i was like what?! This is huge ass big and still its the smallest University in Seoul. So INTI is like a pea compare to the Universities there!

Just right beside the University, there's a small road that leads to our guest house. What i love about it is because the guesthouse looks like a house that gives you a home feeling, Unlike some hotels that freaks you out.

A brief look at the guesthouse :)

We stayed at WowHills GuestHouse. Its so sad when the owner told us that the day before we came there's a huge snow fallen. During my stay there, i only witnessed once small snow :( unlucky

As its only like 10 something when we reach, we've decided to walk around HongDae. The sky looks so different compare to Malaysia, its like 11 something but it looked like 6 something there.

We also went to TWOSOME+ STUDIO for some coffee. Its a really nice coffee shop and its open for 24 hours! I really hope KL too have some coffee shops like that. But the name of the shop does sound a little wrong i;m sorry

Trying to have some feel there
and some vain selfies too!
An outside view from TWOSOME

After some coffee we walked around the and saw the Hello Kitty Cafe, but we did not visit because i don't like Hello Kitty haha.

And We've decided to have our dinner here! Sorry for all my ugly photos because i did not brought my DSLR with me.

The food was so so and also because we're very full (from coffee i guessed) We did not finish all of it. But the french fries were addicting tho.

While the girls went to STYLENANDA, Mango and I decided to step in a coffee shop to wait for them.
Its the URBANBLACK! They have real good coffee! Or i should say Koreans make good coffees because all of their coffees are really great! Just like how Hokkaido produces great ice-cream in every corner.

Bascially its the end of our Day 1. Honestly there's nothing much i can introduce and talked about because this trip made me feel like i'm not having a vacation but like any regular day in Kuala Lumpur. IDK why but it feels like i stayed there for a long time :P

More to come and stay tuned!
